Brief

Create branding and signage for home goods retail business located in the historic Old Port district of Portland, Maine.

I utilized a classic font treatment in Caslon and produced traditional "hang a shingle" signage. The hanging hand-painted wooden sign fits nicely with the historic vibe of the neighborhood as well as signals the new entrepreneurial spirit of the interior designer. She expanded her thriving interiors business to include a retail experience. All photography is shot with natural light and styled simply to portray the designers aesthetic. The logo can be used in gray, black or white.
